Entry Control Point Integration
T-Wall sections arranged to create a vehicle entry control channel — with wall units on both sides directing vehicles through the checkpoint and preventing vehicle bypass around the checkpoint position. ASSEMBLY & DEPLOYMENT SEQUENCE
Site Layout & Unit Quantity Planning
The perimeter line geometry, total length, corner positions, entry control point positions, and required wall height are determined. T-Wall unit quantity for the specified perimeter is calculated from standard unit dimensions. Custom unit requirements for non-standard dimensions are confirmed with Madoors USA engineering.
Transport to Deployment Site
T-Wall units are transported to the deployment site on flatbed transport vehicles. Unit quantity per transport load is determined by unit dimensions and vehicle payload capacity.
Ground Surface Preparation
The perimeter line ground surface is leveled and cleared of major obstructions. No excavation, foundation construction, or surface preparation beyond basic leveling is required — the T-base provides self-standing stability on any reasonably level ground surface.
Crane or Forklift Placement
T-Wall units are crane-lifted or forklift-handled using the lifting points cast into each unit and placed sequentially along the perimeter line. Unit alignment, T-base contact with the ground surface, and end-to-end joint continuity between adjacent units are verified at each placement position.
Corner & Entry Point Configuration
Corner units and entry control point configurations are placed as the perimeter line progresses. Angled unit placement at corners and entry control channel geometry are verified for continuous perimeter coverage without gap exploitation at corner and entry positions.
Perimeter Inspection & Documentation Handover
The complete perimeter wall is inspected for T-base stability, unit alignment, end-to-end joint continuity, and absence of exploitable gaps across the full perimeter length. ASTM and international standard compliance documentation, third-party laboratory test reports, and installation records are provided to the customer.
