Guide Rail Installation
Steel guide rails are installed at both sides of the opening — plumb, parallel, and correctly spaced for the shutter width. Rail anchoring to the surrounding wall structure is verified.
Coil Housing & Motor Installation
The coil housing is installed above the opening at the confirmed header position. The rolling shutter motor is installed within or adjacent to the coil housing. Motor electrical connection and direction of rotation are verified.
Lamella Curtain Assembly & Coil Loading
The steel lamella curtain is assembled to the confirmed opening height and loaded onto the coil. Curtain alignment in the guide rails and smooth travel from fully open to fully closed are verified.
Bottom Rail & Locking Bar Installation
