ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION SEQUENCE
Site Preparation & Foundation
The installation location is prepared with a level concrete pad or foundation of the specified dimensions for the selected booth size. Electrical supply conduit from the site electrical infrastructure to the booth connection point is installed during foundation works.
Booth Delivery & Positioning
The completely factory-assembled booth is delivered to the installation location and positioned on the prepared foundation using forklift or crane equipment. The booth is set level and aligned to the specified orientation relative to the access road, vehicle lane, or facility entrance geometry.
Foundation Anchoring
The booth is anchored to the concrete foundation at the specified anchor positions using the provided anchor hardware, securing the booth against wind uplift and lateral displacement.
Site Electrical Connection
The pre-wired booth electrical system is connected to the site electrical supply at the booth connection point. All circuits — lighting, outlets, and climate control — are tested and verified for correct operation.
Climate Control Commissioning
The factory-installed heating and air conditioning system is commissioned for the specific climate conditions of the installation location — with temperature setpoints, control parameters, and operational mode configured for the occupant comfort requirements of the specific booth application.
Equipment Installation
