The Madoors USA MDRS-SINGLE-300 Full Height Turnstile is a single-lane full-height access control turnstile designed for the strict control of large groups at stadiums, large entertainment centers, and any high-traffic access point requiring economical, aesthetically appropriate, and robust pedestrian flow management. Available in 3-arm and 4-arm configurations offering the choice between transition comfort and security level, integrable with two Mifare card readers, usable as single or double-sided with easy direction selection, equipped with sensitive position/movement/direction sensors for data output to vendor and third-party control systems, and produced entirely in Madoors USA facilities for all mechanical and electromechanical components — the MDRS-SINGLE-300 is the economical side-by-side installation solution for crowded venue entrances where aesthetics, reliability, and multi-lane scalability are all required.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The Madoors USA MDRS-SINGLE-300 Full Height Turnstile provides floor-to-ceiling height access control — the full height construction physically prevents jumping over, crawling under, or climbing through the barrier, providing the physical access restriction required for the strict crowd control objectives of stadiums and large entertainment venues. The full height directly ensures that every person passing through the venue entrance does so through an authorized turnstile passage, maintaining the revenue integrity of ticketed events and the security integrity of controlled access facilities.
The 3-arm configuration provides 120-degree arm spacing — one arm across the passage at all times with 120-degree rotation allowing one person to pass per cycle. The 4-arm configuration provides 90-degree arm spacing — more frequent arm locking positions providing tighter physical control per rotation cycle with a shorter arc between locked positions. The 3-arm configuration provides a wider, more comfortable transition arc appropriate for general public use at entertainment venues. The 4-arm configuration provides the tighter control appropriate for higher-security applications where the reduced inter-arm distance provides additional physical deterrence.
Two Mifare card readers can be integrated directly on the MDRS-SINGLE-300 — one for each passage direction — providing the contactless smart card access control required for both subscriber and event ticket management at venue entrances. The Mifare integration allows season ticket holder management alongside single-event ticket management from the same turnstile hardware.
Sensitive sensors provide real-time data on arm position, arm movement, and arm rotation direction — this sensor data is transmitted as data output to vendor management systems and third-party control infrastructure, providing the passage counting, direction confirmation, and real-time occupancy data required for venue management, crowd safety monitoring, and access control reporting.
The memory feature for multiple passes allows a single credential to authorize multiple consecutive passages — supporting group access scenarios where a single ticket or card authorizes a defined number of passages. Remote access granting and removal independent of the person operating the switch provides centralized access management from the venue control room without requiring the turnstile operator to intervene at the physical unit.
Direction selection is easily configurable by users — entry-only, exit-only, or bidirectional operation is set according to the operational requirement of each specific turnstile lane. Audible warning is available when requested — providing the pedestrian alert function for denied access, direction violation, and unauthorized passage attempts.
All mechanical parts and electromechanical control systems are manufactured in Madoors USA facilities — providing complete single-source manufacturing quality control and supply chain management for all system components.
KEY FEATURES
Full Height — Strict Crowd Control for Large Groups
The full-height construction is the physical security requirement for the strict control of large groups at stadiums and entertainment centers — when thousands of spectators approach the entrance simultaneously, the barrier must physically prevent any bypass attempt that social pressure, crowd density, or ticketing disputes might motivate. The full-height barrier eliminates all physical bypass routes, ensuring that every person entering the venue does so through an authorized turnstile passage regardless of crowd density or queue pressure.
3-Arm & 4-Arm Options — Comfort vs Security Choice
The 3-arm and 4-arm configuration options allow the transition comfort and security level to be matched to the specific venue and user profile — the 3-arm 120-degree arc provides the wider, more comfortable transition appropriate for mixed-age general public at entertainment venues, while the 4-arm 90-degree arc provides the tighter physical control appropriate for higher-security applications where maximum physical deterrence is the priority. This configuration choice directly allows the same MDRS-SINGLE-300 platform to serve both comfort-optimized and security-optimized applications.
Side-by-Side Multi-Lane Scalability — Economical Crowd Management
The side-by-side installation design specifically for meeting crowded groups allows the required total throughput to be achieved by installing the number of MDRS-SINGLE-300 lanes required for the venue admission rate — each lane provides the single-pass controlled throughput, and multiple lanes in parallel provide the total entrance capacity. This scalable side-by-side design is the economical solution for stadium entrances where the total admission throughput requires many lanes but each lane must provide independent access control.
Dual Mifare Card Reader Integration — Two-Direction Card Control
The two Mifare card reader integration — one for each passage direction — provides independent access control authorization for both the entry and exit directions from the same turnstile unit. This dual reader integration allows different credential validation for entry and exit — event ticket validation for entry and season card validation for exit, or different time-period authorization for each direction — without requiring separate turnstile units for each controlled direction.
Position, Movement & Direction Sensors — Data Output for Systems Integration
The sensitive sensors providing position, movement, and direction data output to vendor systems and third-party control infrastructure transform the MDRS-SINGLE-300 from a standalone physical barrier into a data-generating access control node within the venue management system — passage count per turnstile, passage direction, passage time, and arm position data are all available for venue occupancy management, crowd safety monitoring, and operational analysis. This data output capability directly enables the intelligent venue management decisions that crowd safety regulations increasingly require.
Memory Feature — Multi-Pass Credential Management
The memory feature for multiple passes allows a single credential to authorize a defined number of consecutive passages — enabling group ticket management where a single barcode or card covers a family or group without requiring individual credentials for each person. This multi-pass memory directly supports the group admission management requirement of family entertainment centers, school group admissions, and any application where group credentials are operationally practical.
Remote Access Grant & Remove — Centralized Independent Control
The remote access granting and removal independent of the turnstile operator provides centralized venue access management from the control room — VIP access authorization, emergency lockdown, and credential management decisions are applied remotely to any individual turnstile without requiring the on-site operator to intervene at the physical unit. This remote management directly enables responsive, coordinated access control across large venue entrance arrays.
All Components Manufactured In-House — Quality Control Assurance
The complete in-house manufacture of all mechanical parts and electromechanical control systems at Madoors USA facilities provides the manufacturing quality control and supply chain reliability assurance that stadium and large venue procurement requires — all components are manufactured under a single quality management system, spare parts are available from the same production facility, and technical support covers the complete system from a single source.
Electrostatic Powder Paint — Economical Standard Finish
The standard electrostatic powder paint finish provides the durable, corrosion-resistant, and aesthetically appropriate surface quality required for venue entrance turnstiles at an economical cost — allowing the multiple side-by-side lanes required for large venue entrances to be specified within the turnstile installation budget without compromising surface durability. Optional full stainless steel and stainless rotor with powder-coated body configurations provide the premium finish for installations where the turnstile appearance is a primary specification requirement.
