Bomb Disposal Robot

The Madoors USA Bomb Disposal Robot is a domestically manufactured explosive ordnance disposal robot system produced by one of the top 10 bomb disposal robotics companies in the world and among the first companies in USA to achieve domestic production capability in this field. Available in tracked and wheeled platform configurations, the Madoors USA EOD robot is engineered for military bomb disposal, police EOD operations, counter-terrorism response, airport security, government facility protection, and urban suspicious package investigation — providing remote-controlled safe handling, transportation, and controlled disruption of suspect packages and explosive devices without placing EOD personnel in the immediate threat zone.

The standard gripper arm carries and moves suspicious packages and bags from one location to another under remote operator control. An optional Ak-er gunpowder water bullet disruptor system — mounted on the carrier arm — allows the operator to aim at and disrupt suspect packages and bags from a safe distance, neutralizing explosive devices through controlled water disruption rather than full detonation.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The Madoors USA Bomb Disposal Robot is available in two platform configurations — tracked and wheeled — each providing different mobility and obstacle clearance characteristics suited to different operational environments.

The tracked model uses a pallet-based track system with a standard track length of 220 cm, providing stable, reliable all-terrain mobility on loose, uneven, and rough ground surfaces. Maximum curb climbing height for the tracked model is 25 cm, providing standard obstacle clearance for urban and facility floor environments.

The wheeled model uses 6 valved tires on an articulated, all-wheel-drive chassis — with power distributed to all wheels simultaneously. The articulated joint design and all-wheel power distribution allow the wheeled model to climb steeper and higher stair steps and obstacles than the tracked model, with a maximum curb climbing height of 40 cm. The articulated all-wheel-drive configuration provides superior maneuverability in confined spaces, stairwells, and complex terrain where the tracked platform's longer wheelbase would create navigation constraints.

The gripper arm is standard equipment on all configurations, providing remote-controlled object handling, package manipulation, and transportation capability. The Ak-er water disruptor — a gunpowder water bullet system mounted on the carrier arm — is an optional addition, allowing the operator to aim at and fire a high-velocity water jet at the suspected explosive device to disrupt the initiator circuit without triggering full detonation.

KEY FEATURES
Top 10 Worldwide — Domestic Production Capability
The Madoors USA Bomb Disposal Robot is manufactured by one of the top 10 bomb disposal robotics companies in the world and is among the first domestically produced bomb disposal systems in USA — combining world-class EOD robotics performance with the supply chain security, national procurement compliance, and indigenous technology development benefits of domestic production.

Tracked & Wheeled Platform Options
Two platform configurations cover the full range of operational terrain and mobility requirements. The tracked model provides stable, reliable all-terrain performance on loose, uneven, and rough ground where wheeled platforms may lose traction. The wheeled articulated all-wheel-drive model provides superior stair climbing, obstacle clearance, and urban maneuverability for building interior, stairwell, and confined-space EOD operations where higher curb clearance and tighter turning capability are operationally critical.

Tracked Model — 220cm Track Length, 25cm Curb Clearance
The 220cm standard track length provides longitudinal stability for the tracked platform on uneven terrain, distributing the robot's weight across a long ground contact area and preventing tipping on inclined surfaces and over obstacles. The 25cm maximum curb climbing height provides standard obstacle clearance for urban exterior environments, facility entrances, and ground-level EOD operational scenarios.

Wheeled Model — 6 Valved Tires, All-Wheel Drive, 40cm Curb Clearance
The 6-valved-tire all-wheel-drive configuration delivers powered traction to all six wheels simultaneously, providing superior grip and climbing capability on stairs, curbs, and irregular surfaces. The articulated chassis design allows the robot body to flex at the central joint, enabling the front and rear wheel sets to maintain ground contact independently over uneven terrain and during stair climbing — achieving the 40cm maximum curb climbing height that is the primary mobility advantage of the wheeled model over the tracked variant.

Articulated Chassis — Superior Stair & Obstacle Climbing
The articulated joint design of the wheeled model allows the robot to climb steeper and higher stair steps and obstacles than non-articulated platforms — with the chassis flexing at the articulation joint to distribute the climbing force across all wheel positions rather than concentrating load at the leading wheels. This articulated all-wheel-driven approach to stair climbing provides reliable, controlled ascent and descent on standard building staircases without requiring manual assistance or mechanical modification of the stairway.

Gripper Arm — Remote Package Handling & Transportation
The standard gripper arm provides remote-controlled handling, manipulation, and transportation of suspicious packages and bags — allowing EOD operators to move suspect items from their discovered location to a safer position, reposition them for investigation or disruption, and examine their underside and surroundings without any direct physical contact by EOD personnel. Remote gripper operation maintains the safe standoff distance between the operator and the suspect device throughout all handling operations.

Ak-er Water Disruptor — Optional Controlled Device Disruption
The optional Ak-er gunpowder water bullet disruptor system is mounted on the carrier arm and allows the robot operator to aim at and fire a high-velocity water jet at the initiator circuit of a suspect explosive device — disrupting the firing circuit without triggering full detonation of the main explosive charge. Water disruption is the standard EOD render-safe technique for improvised explosive devices where remote access to the device is achievable by robot, and the Ak-er system delivers this capability as an integrated robot-mounted tool rather than a separate manually deployed disruptor.

Remote Operation — Operator Safety
All robot functions — platform movement, gripper arm control, Ak-er disruptor aiming and firing — are performed by remote control from a safe operator standoff position, eliminating the requirement for EOD personnel to approach the suspect device directly during initial response, package investigation, or render-safe operations. Remote operation is the fundamental operational safety advantage of the EOD robot system over manual EOD procedures.

CONFIGURATION OPTIONS
Tracked Platform — Standard EOD Configuration
Track length 220cm, curb climbing 25cm, gripper arm standard, Ak-er disruptor optional. Suited to outdoor urban environments, facility exteriors, open terrain EOD response, and applications where ground stability and all-terrain reliability are the primary mobility requirements.

Wheeled Platform — Enhanced Mobility Configuration
6 valved tires, all-wheel drive, articulated chassis, curb climbing 40cm, gripper arm standard, Ak-er disruptor optional. Suited to building interior EOD response, stairwell operations, confined-space investigations, and urban environments where stair climbing and maneuverability in tight spaces are operationally critical.

Standard — Gripper Arm Only
Both tracked and wheeled platforms with standard gripper arm for suspicious package handling and transportation without render-safe disruption capability — suited to initial response, package investigation, and package relocation operations where the disruption decision is deferred to specialist EOD teams with dedicated disruption equipment.

Full EOD — Gripper Arm + Ak-er Water Disruptor
Both tracked and wheeled platforms with gripper arm and Ak-er water disruptor system — providing complete robot-delivered EOD capability from initial investigation through to remote render-safe disruption in a single deployed platform.

ASSEMBLY & OPERATIONAL DEPLOYMENT SEQUENCE

Mission Assessment & Platform Selection
The operational environment — outdoor terrain, building interior, stairwells, confined spaces — is assessed and the appropriate platform configuration — tracked or wheeled — is selected. Gripper arm and Ak-er disruptor fitout requirement is confirmed based on the mission profile.

Robot Deployment & Remote Control Initialization
The robot is deployed from the EOD team vehicle to the operational area. Remote control system is initialized and communication link between the operator station and the robot is established and verified. Camera system image transmission and all arm and drive controls are tested before the robot approaches the suspect device.

Suspect Device Approach & Investigation
The robot is remotely navigated to the suspect package or device location. Camera imagery is used to assess the package — size, shape, markings, positioning, and any visible initiator components — from the safe operator standoff position. The gripper arm is used to reposition or examine the package as required for the investigation.

Package Transportation (Where Required)
Where the operational protocol requires relocation of the suspect package — to an open area for disruption, to a vehicle for transport, or away from critical infrastructure or populated areas — the gripper arm is used to transport the package under remote control to the specified position.

Ak-er Disruptor Deployment (Where Required)
Where render-safe disruption is authorized, the Ak-er water disruptor is aimed at the target point on the suspect device using the robot camera and arm positioning controls. The disruptor is fired remotely, delivering the high-velocity water jet to the specified target point on the device.

Post-Disruption Assessment
Following disruption, the robot is used to assess the post-disruption condition of the device from a safe standoff distance, confirming disruption effectiveness and identifying any remaining hazard before EOD personnel approach for manual completion of the render-safe procedure.
