The most convenient installation configuration is the fully factory-assembled elevated platform — shipped ahead of or together with the security booth, offloaded first, bolted down, and then used as the receiving structure for the hoisted security booth, with the stairway bolted last and electrical supply and low-voltage wiring connected to complete the installation. This factory-assembled approach eliminates on-site platform fabrication, reduces installation time, and ensures structural quality is controlled in the factory rather than in field conditions.

Simple Installation Sequence — Bolt Down, Hoist, Connect
The installation sequence for a factory-assembled elevated platform and security booth is straightforward and rapid. The platform stand is offloaded from the transport vehicle and bolted down to the prepared concrete pad. The security booth is hoisted from the transport vehicle and set into the top rail of the platform stand, with bolts secured. The stairway is bolted to the stand. Electrical supply and low-voltage wiring are connected to complete the installation. ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION SEQUENCE
Site Assessment & Tower Configuration
Installation location, required platform height, sight line requirements, booth dimensions, security level specification, and optional upgrade requirements are confirmed. New platform or existing structure installation is confirmed. Concrete pad condition and anchor bolt position layout are assessed.
Concrete Pad Preparation & Anchor Bolt Installation
The level concrete pad is prepared or verified at the installation location. Anchor bolt positions for the platform stand base are drilled and set to the platform engineering drawing dimensions. Anchor bolt setting is verified for correct position, depth, and alignment before platform installation proceeds.
Factory-Assembled Platform Stand Installation
The factory-assembled platform stand is offloaded from the transport vehicle using crane or forklift equipment. The stand is positioned over the installed anchor bolts, lowered onto the concrete pad, and bolted down. Platform level and structural alignment are verified before booth installation proceeds.
Security Booth Hoisting & Installation
The ballistic security booth is hoisted from the transport vehicle using crane equipment and positioned above the platform top rail. The booth is lowered into the top rail of the platform stand and set in position. Booth-to-platform fixing bolts are installed and secured. Booth level and structural connection integrity are verified.
Stairway Installation
The stairway is bolted to the platform stand at the specified stairway attachment positions. Stairway alignment, handrail installation, and step surface condition are verified. Stairway structural connection to the platform is confirmed at all fixing points.
Electrical & Low-Voltage Wiring Connection
